Coaching is about moving forward. There is no need to investigate the why's and wherefore's of what HAS happened. For some, this just gets in the way and becomes another obstacle.

Then we ‘unpack the reality’ of the situation, dealing with barriers and unhelpful beliefs that you might have embedded in your conscious and sub-conscious. We consider the available options and then what actions could be taken in the coming week.

It is such a simple process but so effective! The ‘art’ of Coaching is in developing rapport with clients,  skilfull questioning, observing language and facilitating a change in behaviour.

Coaching is about raising your awareness so that you know you have the necessary skills required to help yourself. No advice is given as these goals belong to YOU. This approach generates both responsibility for change and ownership over the means to change. I believe that you have the potential to find workable solutions to your own challenges.
